RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Kedeyahko, we want you to love your purchases! As we're now holding our Closing Down Sale, please read the following information carefully before ordering.

Closing Down Sale & Exchanges

As Kedeyahko is closing, stock is limited and we won't be restocking.

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or style, please contact us. We may be able to help, depending on the remaining stock.

We cannot guarantee exchanges, but your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Returns & Cancellations

For most eligible online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, including discounted items.

If you wish to cancel, please email us within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items should be returned in their original condition where possible. We may make a deduction for handling that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, where permitted by law.

Certain products may be exempt from change of mind cancellation rights, including genuinely personalised goods and qualifying sealed hygiene products once unsealed.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items following a change of mind cancellation.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law, including any standard delivery charges that must be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Email hello@kedeyahko.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful.

We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Where a return is required because an item is faulty or incorrect, Kedeyahko will cover reasonable return costs.

International Returns

If you're returning an order from outside the UK, please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide appropriate instructions.

International customers may have additional rights depending on their location.
