Shipping policy

All final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout 

All orders are usually processed within 72 hours.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following business day. During high volume of sales or during any massive sales promotions, all orders will be processed in the order we receive them.

 

UK ORDERS

All UK orders will be sent by tracked service for the UK. Please allow 5-7  working days for your package to arrive. All tracking details will be provided to you via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Please allow 10-14 working days for your package to arrive. All tracking details will be provided to you via email.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any import duties and taxes, the customs department in your local country may or may not charge you after receiving your Kedeyahko order.

LOST PACKAGES

Please note Kedeyahko does not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show delivered by the mailing carrier. Please contact them directly to file an investigation.
